The learning teaching activity of the SiLab project was held in Platon school in Katerini, Greece from February 24-26 2020. During these three days, partners worked together on interesting ideas on how to improve the quality of the project.
The first day, the concept of i-Lab was defined and presented, together with the introduction to creativity. The partners discussed generating ideas and the befits of brainstorming method in work with students. Brainstorming is a technique and one of the most common strategies for generating new, useful ideas in decision making and for enhancing creative thinking. This technique can be used as an aid to: defining the task being worked on; identification of specific problems; finding sample solutions and exploring how reliable they are.
The second day started with the presentation of digital tools and it was followed by mind mapping.
During the last day of the meeting, partners discussed action plans (based on the presentation which they listened throughout the first two days).
Everything ended with constructive reflection and feedback as well as with the ideas for improving future activities of the project.
